1. Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Times We ship via reliable logistics partners. Currently, we focus on the U.S. market, and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).

3. Shipping Destinations We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's status directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
